We collect the least amount of information we need to tell you when gear drops. We don't sell your data, we don't rent it, and we don't share it with advertisers. If you want out, one email gets you removed.

Information you give us. Your email address when you join the crew, and optionally which products you asked to be notified about. If you use a referral link, we record which crew member referred you so we can credit them.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting and backend providers process standard request data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site running and to prevent spam signups.

• To email you about restocks, rewards, and crew-only offers.
• To run the Sand Dollars rewards program and track referral credit.
• To understand which products the crew wants most.
• To protect the signup form from bots and abuse.

We share information only with the service providers that make the site work — our website host and our database and email infrastructure providers — and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell your personal information.

We use a small number of cookies and local browser storage to remember your cookie preference, keep the site working, and remember your referral code. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; some parts of the site may not work as smoothly if you do.

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email crew@sandbarrodeo.com to request a copy of your information, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll handle those requests within 30 days.

We keep signup information for as long as you're on the crew list. Once you unsubscribe or ask for deletion, we remove your record from our active list, keeping only what we need to honor your opt-out.

This site isn't intended for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child gave us their information, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced to the crew by email.
