By using sandbarrodeo.com you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. You agree not to abuse the site — no scraping, no spamming the signup form, no attempts to break or overload anything.

Signing up adds your email to the crew list. Rewards, discount codes, and crew-only perks are offered at our discretion and may change or end at any time. One signup per person; duplicate or fake signups may be removed.

Your referral link is for sharing with real people. Self-referrals, bot signups, or any other gaming of the referral line will void your position and any rewards attached to it. We decide referral credit in good faith and our decision is final.

Product images are mockups and representations; actual colors and print placement can vary slightly. Drops are limited runs and can sell out. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, refunding you in full.

An order confirmation is an acknowledgment, not an acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or reseller activity. See Shipping & Returns for delivery and return details.

The Sandbar Rodeo name, logos, artwork, designs, photography, and copy on this site are ours and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Don't reproduce, print, or sell them without written permission.

If you tag us or send us photos, you give us permission to repost them on our site and social channels with credit. You can ask us to take a post down at any time.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Sandbar Rodeo isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous six months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sandbar Rodeo operates. We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
